Refund policy

Refunds

If you are not happy with a paid plan, write to admin@demo.test within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full, as long as you have not created more than 2 books on that plan.

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive in 5-7 working days.

Cancellations

Plans do not renew automatically. When your plan ends you simply move back to the free plan; your books stay in your account.
